RESERVATIONS : |
| |
All reservations are to be made direct to A9worldtour Co., Ltd Bangkok only. All details are necessary. Names of passengers, arrival date, departure date, flight details and accommodation requested should be made as early as possible, especially for the months of November-April. |

AMENDMENTS : |
| |
Any additional charges for second amendment, a nominal fee for our communication and services will be added. |
| |
|
|
CANCELLATIONS : |
| |
We reserve the right to charge a nominal cancellation fee for services and expenses, in addition to cancellation fees charged to us for any last minute cancellations or no show. The hotel will charge one night's fee, plus the cost involved. |

|
|
ACCOMMODATION : |
| |
All accommodation is on "Run Of House" basis. The right is reserved to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar grade when necessary, from those mentioned in the package tour tariff. In addition, A9worldtour cannot be held responsible for hotel over booking situations, when the hotel may relocate the individuals or the tour. However, we will do our utmost to ensure this relocation will be in accommodation of a similar category. |

PEAK SEASON SUPPLEMENTS : |
| |
During the tourist high season in Thailand from November until April all hotels will add a high-season supplement charge to the annual contract room rates. Full payment should be made before guests arrive, plus the cost of the compulsory Gala Dinners on Christmas and New Year's Eve. These surcharges will be added to our contract rate to you when your booking is confirmed. |

PAYMENTS : |
| |
Full payment must be received by A&F Tour Travel Co., Ltd. not later than Three weeks before passengers' arrival, unless special arrangements have been made. If payment does not reach us in time, we have the right to release the booking without notice. |

RATES : |
| |
All rates are quoted in US DOLLARS or THAI BAHT net and rates descriptions are based on our own contract rates. We reserve the right to change rates given without previous notice and valid for travel Agent only. |

LIABILITY : |

Whilst every effort will be made to promote requested services, A9worldtour Co., Ltdacts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies and tourist offices providing the services and other contracts. As such, A9worldtour Co., ltd. is not liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damages, claims for additional expenses due to incidents which occur, delays, political action, change of schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond its control. These must be borne by passengers. |

HOW TO PAY FOR OUR SERVICES : |

Any payment for tours, hotels, air tickets or other services will be made after the clients agree with the price. To confirm any booking the payments must be made in advance before you arrival in Bangkok, or others city as stated on the program. Thats mean we can guarantee all arrangements.
If payments made by bank transfer, to confirm those payment the clients must fax to us of the bank transfered slip to the fax number (+++66 2 204 2559) and our accountant can be followed moneis. |
